How
For all proofing and editing work, our process is as follows:
- You submit the project to proofing@jargon-media.com, editing@jargon-media.com or upload to our site directly with our upload project page.
- We email you an estimated time of delivery and cost.
- You use PayPal to pay 50% of the cost as a deposit.
- We assign a professional freelance editor to your project and they’ll work their magic.
- We send you a locked PDF of the edited work.
- You pay the remaining 50% due via PayPal.
- We send you an unlocked PDF of the edited work, a Word document with track changes, and the original document.

We can take your art or writing portfolio, resume, thesis, dissertation or photo albums and turn them into digital work. Final projects can be available online or CD-ROM as an e-book. See an example here. [working on getting this ready so we can link]

If available electronically, email us your work to digital@jargon-media.com, or if it is not in an electronic format contact us about mailing your work via post.
When
Turnaround for projects varies depending on how much is already in an electronic format and the details of the final project as determined by you and Jargon Media.

- You submit your project idea and components to digital@jargon-media.com or upload to our site directly with our upload project page.
- We’ll be in contact to determine style, design, colors, and objectives.
- Once we establish an estimated time of delivery and cost, you use PayPal to pay 50% of the cost as a deposit.
- We assign a professional from our team to your project and they’ll work their magic.
- We send you a locked PDF of the completed work.
- You pay the remaining 50% due via PayPal.
- The project is delivered on a USB stick or CD ($5 for each additional media).
Do you have a resume with creative work attached? How about an example marketing plan you want to show off to a potential employer? Do you need to submit writing samples along with your resume? Make it digital!
Submit your resume and sample work to Jargon Media and we’ll make it digital. You are provided with a PDF version of your work, as well as three CD-ROMs.

We will edit your resume and your cover letter (price includes one cover letter page, it is $6.50 extra for every additional cover letter page). We will compile all your work into a consistent, digital format that is attached in the same document as your cover letter and CV. We’ll work with you to determine design, color, and font.
